Reference tools
are available to help ensure a manufacturer’s product meets the geometry
requirements of the ISIS Drive
standard. The tools are available for the cost of manufacture. There are two
types of tools for the interface: a go/no-go gage for the spindle and an
“Ideal Spindle” reference gage. Both tools must be purchased with a credit
card and the prices do not include any shipping charges or applicable
duties/taxes. Pricing and purchase contact information is provided below for
each reference tool.

International now makes the ISIS
Drive Go/No-Go Master gages for inspecting ISIS Drive
spindles and cranks. These are hardened tool-steel gages suitable for
production part inspection. The tools may be ordered by placing a Purchase
Order with your local SRAM sales representative (check out the SRAM web site
for contact information: www.sram.com). The price for the tools is Ex Works
(EXGO, FOR) Truvativ Taiwan.
Lead time is 50 days from order date and Truvativ will not be responsible for
delays due to missed shipping dates. For international delivery, we recommend
you include a UPS or FedEx account number to ship under in your P.O. This
will help avoid any delays and extra costs involved with shipping the tools

Crankarm Broach and Coining

crank manufacturers who are interested in producing their cranks in this
